Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official team tags and labels are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
